About the Practice

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Anxiety and depression can stem from experiences in the past, and ART gets at the heart of the problem to help you quickly move forward. ART uses the latest brain science to help you process negative emotions through eye movements. Most clients feel more relief in one session than they have in years of talk therapy. I see children, adults and couples and I would love to help you get started working towards a healthier, happier life!

I have worked with children, adults, and families since 2007. My experience in non-profit, private, and government settings has given me valuable perspectives that I bring to treatment. My approach is to work with you to find the root of the problem you are experiencing and help you move quickly to resolution. My approach to treating children includes ART, an emphasis on primary relationships, mindfulness, and play therapy. I see individuals, couples, and children of any age.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I provide mental health and de-escalation training to law enforcement through a partnership with the MN Chiefs of Police Association. I also work as a Health Officer for a metro county providing Mobile Mental Health Crisis Assessments. I teach yoga through a non-profit that brings yoga and meditation to those who have limited access, and I'm a Clinical Supervisor for the MN Board of Social Work.
